INVISIBLE NO MORE

THE BOHEMIARE COMPASS

A six-week life-design program for women 60+ who want more from what comes next.

Get clear about what matters now. Choose the parts of your life you actually want to work on. Make a few real changes. Leave knowing what you want to do next.

EXPLORE THE COMPASS

MAYBE NOTHING IS TERRIBLY WRONG.

But something does not feel quite right either.

You may have friends and still realize there are very few people actually in your week.

You may have spent decades saving money and still have trouble giving yourself permission to use it.

Your health, energy or mobility may have changed, and you are wondering whether you have to give things up — or whether you simply need to do them differently.

A relationship may no longer feel right, but you are not sure whether it needs to end or simply needs different boundaries.

You may keep saying that travel, friendship, creativity, learning, fun or contribution matter to you — but somehow they never make it onto your calendar.

Or maybe you have spent so many years taking care of responsibilities that you are no longer completely sure what you want for yourself.

I do not want the next ten years to look exactly like the last five.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO REINVENT YOURSELF.

You do not need a fantasy life, a completely new identity or twenty new goals.

The BOHEMIARE Compass begins with the life you actually have.

You look at what is working, what is not, what has become too small, what is taking too much from you, what you want more of, and what you may finally be ready to change.

Then you choose the two or three areas that matter most to you now.

You do not work on everything.

You choose what matters. You take an action. You see what happens.

The goal is not to change your entire life in six weeks.

The goal is to prove to yourself that some parts of your life are still changeable.

START WITH WHERE YOU REALLY ARE

Your first step is The BOHEMIARE Compass Life Wheel.

It looks at eight areas of your life: Time & Freedom, Health & Energy, Relationships, Home & Environment, Purpose & Meaning, Money & Security, Adventure & Curiosity, and Joy & Pleasure.

You mark where you are now and where you would like to be.

You are not trying to turn every area into a 10.

You are looking for the gaps that actually matter to you.

Your Compass does not tell you what you should want. It helps you see what deserves your attention.

HOW THE SIX WEEKS WORK

WEEK 1 — WHERE AM I NOW?

Complete your Compass Life Wheel, take an honest look at your life now, and choose the two or three areas you most want to work on.

WEEKS 2–5 — WORK ON WHAT MATTERS TO YOU

Your focus may be relationships, money, time, belonging, decisions, anxiety, purpose, curiosity, contribution, health, energy, mobility — or something you have been postponing for far too long.

EACH WEEK YOU WILL:

Watch a short lesson.

Use one practical Compass tool.

Choose one real-world action.

Do it.

Record what happened.

WEEK 6 — WHAT CHANGED & WHAT COMES NEXT?

Review what you actually did, retake your Life Wheel, identify what changed, and create your plan for what you want to continue over the next 90 days.

THINKING IS ONLY THE BEGINNING.

(P2)(Color #222222) You can watch videos, read books and fill out worksheets for years without changing anything in your actual life.

The Compass is built differently.

Each week leads to something you can actually do.

You might make a decision you have been postponing.

Change a boundary.

Put something important on your calendar.

Visit a place where you could begin meeting people.

Ask a question you have been avoiding.

Get the information you need instead of continuing to worry about it.

Use some of the money you have spent years saving.

Ask for help.

Adapt an activity instead of automatically giving it up.

One action will not transform your entire life.

But several small actions can change what you believe is possible.

PRACTICAL TOOLS FOR REAL-LIFE QUESTIONS

What Level of Access Does This Person Get?

Does the relationship need to end — or does the amount of access need to change?

What Deserves My Time Now?

Which responsibilities are necessary, which are chosen, and which are still yours simply because you have always done them?

Do I Need to Decide This Now?

Do you have enough information? Is there a real deadline? Could you test something first?

Where Are My People?

Do you actually have enough connection in your week, and where could repeated contact begin to become belonging?

What Am I Saving It For?

Are you protecting your future — or automatically refusing yourself things you can reasonably afford?

What Makes My Life Feel Alive?

What do you still want to learn, try, experience, create, contribute or explore?

Am I Protecting My Health — or Shrinking My Life?

Does something truly need to be given up, or could assistance, transportation, timing, pacing or another adaptation keep it possible?

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

THE COURSE LASTS SIX WEEKS. THE TOOLS KEEP WORKING AFTERWARD.

You may not need a friendship tool today.

Six months from now, you might.

Money may not be the issue you are thinking about now.

Later, it may become important.

The same is true of belonging, decisions, anxiety, purpose, contribution, health, energy and mobility.

The Compass Library gives you somewhere useful to begin when a new question appears.

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

THIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF...

You know something in your life needs attention but are not sure where to begin.

You are tired of assuming that because something has been this way for years, it has to stay this way.

You have spent decades being responsible for other people and want to think seriously about what deserves your time now.

Your world has become a little smaller than you want it to be.

You are questioning a relationship, your social life, your money, your purpose, your health, your time or what comes next.

You want practical questions rather than inspirational slogans.

You are willing to try something in real life rather than only think about changing it.

You do not need to know the answer before you begin.

That is what The Compass is designed to help you discover.

I have spent years listening to women over 60 talk about what happens when the roles,

responsibilities and assumptions that shaped much of adult life begin to change.

The questions are rarely simple.

Do I still want this relationship?

Why am I afraid to use the money I worked so hard to save?

Where are my people now?

What happens when my body cannot do everything the way it used to?

What do I actually want from the years ahead?

I did not want to create another course that tells women to reinvent themselves or hands them dozens of assignments they will never finish.

I wanted something practical — a way to look honestly at the life you have, decide what deserves attention, try something, and see what actually happens.

More than 28,000 women are already part of the broader community around this work.

The Compass brings many of the questions I hear repeatedly into one structured six-week process.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Success is not getting a perfect score on your Life Wheel.

It is not changing every part of your life in six weeks.

Success means you can point to something that is different because you took action.

A decision made.

A boundary changed.

Something stopped.

Something started.

A conversation had.

An appointment made.

A place visited.

Something important finally put on the calendar.

An activity adapted instead of abandoned.

What am I doing differently now that I was not doing six weeks ago?

BEFORE YOU ENROLL

How much time should I expect each week?

Plan on approximately one to two hours for the lesson and core exercise, plus the real-world action you choose for yourself.

Do I have to complete every Compass tool?

No. You will complete the core course tools and choose additional resources based on the areas you want to work on. The Compass Library is there to support you, not overwhelm you.

What if I cannot attend a live conversation?

Replays will be available.

Do I have to share personal information with the group?

No. You decide what you want to share.

What if I am not very comfortable with technology?

The program is intentionally designed to be simple to navigate. The focus is on the work, not learning complicated technology.

Is this therapy?

No. The BOHEMIARE Compass is an educational life-design program. It does not replace medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice when professional guidance is appropriate.

What happens after the six weeks?

You leave with My Next 90 Days, your completed Compass Action Sheets, a second Life Wheel, and the Compass Library to continue using as new questions arise.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT NEEDS TO CHANGE BEFORE YOU BEGIN.

You only need to know that something deserves your attention.

Six weeks. A few important choices. Real actions. A clearer idea of what comes next.
