INVISIBLE NO MORE

THE BOHEMIARE COMPASS

A self-paced life-design program for women 60+ who want more from what comes next.

Get clear about what matters now. Decide what actually deserves your attention. Make a few real changes instead of spending another year thinking about them.

EXPLORE THE COMPASS

MAYBE NOTHING IS TERRIBLY WRONG.

But something does not feel quite right either.

You may have friends and still realize there are very few people actually in your week.

You may have spent decades saving money and still have trouble giving yourself permission to use it.

Your health, energy or mobility may have changed, and you are wondering whether you need to give things up — or simply find a different way to do them.

A relationship may no longer feel right, but you are not sure whether it needs to end or whether the amount of access needs to change.

You may keep saying that travel, friendship, creativity, learning, contribution or adventure matter to you — but somehow none of them make it onto your calendar.

Or maybe you have spent so many years taking care of responsibilities that you are no longer completely sure what you want for yourself.

I DO NOT WANT THE NEXT TEN YEARS TO LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE LAST FIVE.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO REINVENT YOURSELF.

You do not need a fantasy life, a completely new identity or twenty new goals.

The BOHEMIARE Compass begins with the life you actually have.

What is working?

What is taking too much from you?

What have you outgrown?

What do you want more of?

What are you postponing?

What deserves your attention now?

You are not trying to fix everything.

You are deciding what matters enough to do something about.

That is where The Compass begins.

START WITH WHERE YOU REALLY ARE

Your first tool is The BOHEMIARE Compass Life Wheel.

It looks at eight areas of your life:

Time & Freedom
Health & Energy
Relationships
Home & Environment
Purpose & Meaning
Money & Security
Adventure & Curiosity
Joy & Pleasure

You look honestly at where you are now and where you would like to be.

You are not trying to turn every area into a ten.

You are looking for the gaps that actually matter to you.

Your Compass does not tell you what you should want.

It helps you see what deserves your attention.

THE PROGRAM IS SELF-PACED

There is no starting date to wait for and no deadline hanging over you.

You can begin when you are ready.

The program is organized around six core modules, but you do not have to move through them in a rigid order.

Your Life Wheel, quizzes and assessments help you identify where your attention may be most useful.

You may move quickly through one area and spend much longer on another.

That is intentional.

The goal is not to finish something as quickly as possible.

The goal is to use it.

THINKING IS ONLY THE BEGINNING.

You can read books, listen to podcasts and fill notebooks with ideas without anything in your actual life changing.

The Compass is built differently.

You learn something.

You use a practical tool.

You choose one action.

Then you do it.

That action might be:

Making a decision you have been postponing.

Changing a boundary.

Putting something important on your calendar.

Having a conversation.

Making an appointment.

Trying something by yourself.

Using some of the money you have spent years saving.

Asking for help.

Adapting an activity instead of automatically giving it up.

Stopping something you no longer want to keep doing.

One action will not transform your entire life.

But several deliberate actions can change what you believe is possible.

PRACTICAL TOOLS FOR REAL-LIFE QUESTIONS

These are not generic journal prompts.

The Compass tools are built around decisions women actually face in their 60s, 70s and 80s.

WHAT LEVEL OF ACCESS DOES THIS PERSON GET?

Does the relationship need to end — or does the amount of access need to change?

WHAT DESERVES MY TIME NOW?

Which responsibilities are necessary, which are chosen, and which are still yours simply because you have always done them?

DO I NEED TO DECIDE THIS NOW?

Do you have enough information? Is there actually a deadline? Could you test something first?

WHERE ARE MY PEOPLE?

You may have friends and still have almost no people in your actual week. Where could repeated contact begin to become belonging?

WHAT AM I SAVING IT FOR?

Are you protecting your future — or automatically refusing yourself things you can reasonably afford?

WHAT MAKES MY LIFE FEEL ALIVE?

What do you still want to learn, try, experience, create, contribute or explore?

AM I PROTECTING MY HEALTH — OR SHRINKING MY LIFE?

Does something truly need to be given up, or could assistance, transportation, timing, pacing or another adaptation keep it possible?

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

SIX CORE MODULES

A structured process for looking at where you are, deciding what matters and moving from thought into action.

APPROXIMATELY 12–14 SHORT VIDEO LESSONS

Focused lessons designed to give you enough information to work with — without turning this into hours of lectures.

CORE COMPASS TOOLS

Approximately seven central exercises and assessments that guide you through the main program.

THE COMPASS LIFE WHEEL

A practical way to see where your life feels strong, where it feels thin and what actually deserves your attention.

THE COMPASS ACTION SHEET

A simple system you can use again and again:

What did I notice?

What needs to change?

What will I actually do?

When will I do it?

What happened?

What will I do next?

QUIZZES & ASSESSMENTS

Short tools that help point you toward the areas of the program and library that may be most useful to you.

REAL-WORLD ACTIONS

The work does not end when you close a PDF.

You choose something to do in your actual life.

MY NEXT 90 DAYS

A practical continuation plan that helps you narrow your attention and decide what you want to carry forward.

THE COMPASS LIBRARY

A growing collection of approximately 18–20 additional tools, guides and educational resources at launch.

You do not have to complete all of them.

Use what is relevant to your life now and return to the others when a different question becomes important later.

DOWNLOADABLE & PRINTABLE MATERIALS

Many of the Compass materials can be saved to your own computer and printed for your personal use.

We recommend keeping your completed work in a three-ring binder so you can return to it, repeat certain exercises and see what has changed.

FIND YOUR PIAZZA RESOURCE COLLECTION

For women who have wondered what it might actually take to spend one to three months living in Italy or elsewhere in Europe.

You will look beyond the beautiful photograph and consider the things that determine whether a place could actually work for you:

Walkability
Transportation
Groceries and pharmacies
Healthcare
Restaurants and cafés
Community
Terrain
Climate
Language
Cost
Airport access
Cultural life
Town or city size

The goal is not simply to find somewhere beautiful.

It is to find somewhere that works for the way you want to live.

THE COMPASS IS DESIGNED TO BE USED MORE THAN ONCE

A question that does not matter to you today may matter six months from now.

Money may not be the issue you are thinking about now.

Later, it may be.

A friendship may change.

Your health may change.

Your priorities may change.

Something you were afraid to do may suddenly become possible.

That is why you can return to the course, repeat the Life Wheel and revisit the tools as your life changes.

WHY I CREATED THE BOHEMIARE COMPASS

I have spent years listening to women over 60 talk about what happens when the roles, responsibilities and assumptions that shaped much of adult life begin to change.

I also travel with women in their 60s, 70s and 80s, and I hear the conversations that happen when women stop giving the polished version.

Money.

Friendship.

Health.

Relationships.

Loneliness.

Freedom.

What they still want.

What they are afraid to do.

And what they are tired of postponing.

More than 28,000 women are now part of the broader community around my work.

I created The Compass because I could see the same questions appearing again and again — and I wanted to build something practical enough to help women do more than think about them.

THIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF...

You know something in your life deserves attention but you are not sure where to begin.

You are tired of assuming that because something has been this way for years, it has to stay this way.

You have spent decades being responsible for other people and want to think seriously about what deserves your time now.

Your world has become a little smaller than you want it to be.

You are questioning a relationship, your social life, your money, your purpose, your health, your time or what comes next.

You want practical questions rather than inspirational slogans.

You are willing to try something in real life rather than only think about changing it.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW THE ANSWER BEFORE YOU BEGIN.

That is what The Compass is designed to help you discover.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Success is not a perfect score on your Life Wheel.

It is not changing every part of your life.

Success means you can point to something that is different because you took action.

A decision made.

A boundary changed.

Something stopped.

Something started.

A conversation had.

An appointment made.

A place visited.

Something important finally put on the calendar.

An activity adapted instead of abandoned.

The question is simple:

WHAT AM I DOING DIFFERENTLY NOW THAT I WAS NOT DOING BEFORE?

BEFORE YOU ENROLL

DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE EVERYTHING?

No.

The Compass Library is a resource, not a homework assignment.

Use the materials that are relevant to your life now. Your Life Wheel, quizzes and assessments can help point you toward the areas that may be most useful.

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE?

There is no required weekly schedule.

A core lesson and exercise may take approximately one to two hours, but you decide how quickly or slowly you move.

Some sections may lead to an action that takes five minutes.

Others may lead to a decision you want to think about for several weeks.

WHAT IF I AM NOT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH TECHNOLOGY?

The program is intentionally straightforward.

The focus is on the work itself, not learning complicated technology.

IS THIS THERAPY?

No.

The BOHEMIARE Compass is an educational life-design program. It does not replace medical, mental-health, legal, tax or financial advice when professional guidance is appropriate.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT NEEDS TO CHANGE BEFORE YOU BEGIN.

You only need to know that something deserves your attention.

The Compass gives you a place to start.

A way to look honestly at where you are.

Questions worth answering.

Tools that help you decide.

And a reason to stop postponing the things that matter to you.
